Frequently Asked Questions:
What exactly is a firewalk?
After an hour of preparation with our expert instructor, you’ll walk barefoot across carefully prepared embers glowing at around 650°C. Each person walks at their own pace, supported by trained professionals.
Is it safe?
While any activity involving fire carries inherent risks, our experienced team follows strict safety protocols. Your well-being will be our priority, and you’ll receive thorough training and support throughout.
Do I need to prepare?
You’ll walk barefoot across the coals, but no special preparation of your feet is needed. The training session beforehand provides everything you need to know, with no additional mental exercises or physical preparation required.
